Starlene
Stringer is the Morning Show Co-Host, News Director and Public Affairs Director
at 94.9fm KLTY in Dallas/Fort Worth.
It’s the #1 rated Christian station in America. She also hosts the
station’s weekly talk show, DFW Perspectives with Starlene and serves as
Editor-In-Chief of KLTY Now Magazine.
In
addition to her radio experience, Starlene is also seen regularly on
television. The former host of Even
Greater with Reinhard Bonnke is an on-air pledge drive host for PBS and is
a Talk Show Host and Reporter for ICTN.
Starlene is also a National Best-Selling
Author, an Actress, a Model, a certified Fitness Instructor, a caring Volunteer
and an Inspirational Speaker who shares her life experiences to encourage
others to live their dreams!
Having
survived a helicopter crash while working as a Traffic Anchor for CBS-TV in
Dallas/Ft Worth, Starlene knows each day is a gift and she does her best to
convey that message through her words and actions.
Volunteering
is also a major priority to Starlene.
Her community commitments have included reading to the blind and visual
impaired for over 10 years. She
entertained kids at Children’s Medical Center for three years and she has
traveled as far away as Kingston, Jamaica to feed the hungry with Food For the
Poor.
Starlene is a graduate of
Texas Woman’s University with a degree in Mass Communications and she attends
the Potter’s House Church.

Military Brat is a National Best-Seller. Starlene’s latest release is titled I Am Her… and It’s Actually Okay!
Starlene
was awarded the 2011 National Excellence in Service Award from Women
in Christian Media.
